These machines were specially manufactured to produce filled pasta with stamp changer system to produce several sizes of cappelletti, ravioli and tortellini. Every mould are coated with Teflon to prevent the dough from adhere to the stamp. Mould change is easy and simple. Equipment allows easy disassemble of parts that can be totally cleaned. Dough sheet thickness can be adjusted by the caliper rolls. Fill dosage can be adjusted at any time. Every part in contact with the dough and fill are made of stainless steel or any other material for food industry. It has security compulsory devices according to law.
