It is used for compacting and homogenizing dough sheet of deep fried snacks, lasagna, noodle, ravioli, cappelletti, cannelloni, pasta roll and others, 200 mm wide, from 25 to 30 mm thick, main parts are made of stainless steel, with dough maker made of stainless steel for every 5 minutes, connected.
